shop - if the shop page doesn’t show up on the site, that means that there is currently nothing for sale. i don’t do any sort of scheduled “drops”, but i do announce shop updates and in person studio sales to instagram.
shipping and packaging - I ship within 3-5 business days. when I am able, I use only recycled materials when packing up your orders. if you want special packaging, please do let me know. If your piece arrives broken or damaged, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
returns - as a general rule, I do not accept returns. this isn’t a super firm rule, and I am happy to have a conversation if you are not happy with your piece.
sliding scale - I have discount codes for 10 and 20 percent off, intended to increase accessibility to folks wanting to own these pieces. This is a no questions asked policy. Please know though, that when you pay full price, you are helping me to make this work more accessible! You are helping me to afford to be able to sell work at a lower price, and it is greatly appreciated.
commissions - I am not taking any commissioned work at this time.
wholesale- I am accepting wholesale orders at this time. I do not have an itemized line sheet, as my hope is to work collaboratively in creating something special with/for your store/restaurant/etc. send me an email!
